Delete your data

If we hold contact data about you, you can ask us to delete it and to stop collecting it in future. This is free and takes effect as soon as you confirm.

What happens next

1. We send a confirmation link to the address you entered. We only ever send it to that address, so nobody else can request deletion on your behalf.
2. When you click it, we delete the data we hold about you and add you to our suppression list, so we won't collect it again.

What we can't do

We can delete our own copy and stop re-collecting it. We can't delete the copies held by the upstream data providers we buy from — you'd need to contact them separately. We're happy to tell you which providers a specific record came from; ask us.
